When somebody asks you, how are you?
What will you say...Fine or Tired
If your reply is tired, there is no problem. In our community there is common crisis but adopting the following measures we may control this phenomenon and re-energize and refresh ourselves.
1. Do something new
Routine is the essential of life but comforting routines and habits can become deadening.
Do something new and change your routine such as;
Try a different driving route
Eating food you haven't tried before.
2. Body Exercise
Change your life by doing daily body exercise in order to remain physically fit.
3. Religious Activities
Religious activities like performing regular salat (Namaz) it helps to improve your spiritual level.
4. Social Activities
Take an active part in social activities. Help out your near and dear.
5. Positive thinking
Don’t think negative about your friends, colleague, employees, boss and others.
6. Don’t Adopt Multi Tasking
Do one thing at a time when you do multi-task (Ek Waqt me kai kam) you need to switch back and forth from one project to another.
7. Take a short break
Take a short break while you are doing your job for one cup of tea or glass of glucose etc.
