Chocolate milkshake do not need to ruin anyone’s diet. Attempt to substitute low-body fat/non-body fat or skim milk for normal milk as well as frozen yogurt for frozen treats. Chocolate could be unnaturally sweetened syrup.
Remove your blender and put the pitcher within the freezer to relax.
You may also place your mugs or glasses within the freezer too. After ten minutes, get a pitcher and put it on the bottom of the system.
Pour about two glasses of milk, three scoops of frozen treats, contributing to two tablespoons of chocolate syrup. Obviously, you are able to customize the dimensions based on taste. Blend until mixture is smooth.
Remove your glasses and pour the milk shake in it. You are able to top with whipped cream too.
